I have an acoustic guitar I that needs to be fixed. The neck broke off (I dont know how but part of the neck is not attached to the guitar anymore), but I would like to know how much it would cost me to have it fixed. The guitar is an Epiphone acoustic that came in a pack and it wasnt too expensive. I have a link below of the guitar I bought.

How would the repairs go aobut? Would a new neck be installed or would they somehow reattach the neck? Thanks for any help.

I think it is time to go guitar shopping.

your guitar was on sale for 149.99 at MF.
that is about the cost or more for the repair.

IMHO not worth repairing.
go shopping.

Thats a good point. Unless the guitar has sentimental value, you might want to look at a new one. It's not really a cheap repair to do. Just look at this event as a chance to upgrade.

I thought that it would probably be better to buy a new one. Well I always wanted a better quality acoustic so I guess now is a good time to buy. Anyone have any suggestions on some acoustics that are in the $300-$400 range. If there is anything that someone finds outstanding that's cheaper let me know about it but that's the price range Im willing to go on. Also, is it better to buy an native electric acoustic or a regular acoustic and buy the pickup/microphone(?) seperately?
