Ok then peeps - I've learned the 5th fret as well as open, as a first stepping stone to knowing every note without counting. Anyone got any for that, or any other, or can we make some up?
I have for the 5th - "And Down God Came, Exasperating Athiests"I love it! Thanks for sharing that. 8)

This is a funny thread, LOL.

I just remembered the string names myself.

So far, Eddie Ate Dynamite, GoodBye Eddie is my favorite.

The bad girl one was good too.

If you know something better than Rock and Roll, I'd like to hear it - Jerry Lee Lewis

I notice most people learn it starting from the base note, I do it the other way using

Every Bad Girl Deserves An E

Not very politically correct

I guess I'm backwards!

I was taught to go from high to low,

E very (High E)
B ad
G oat
D oes't
A lways
E at (Low E)

Now that I have been corrected, I can now Rule The World!
