Most frustrating and rewarding thing I've ever undertaken

gee man, lighten up on your self. 3.5 months is not very long at all. reading your list made my fingers ache.
you make sound like you are not having any fun. I am sure you must be. the rewards in guitar playing are, many times, subtle.
one day that chord change will be a breeze. you will be thinking way down the measure and your hands will know what they are supposed to do. until that time, you can continue the challenges, we all do, that is how to grow. but please enjoy the journey.
