Hi,
i was recently looking at tabs when i realised that half the songs i want to learn use different tunings, so heres the question:

Im using a Qwick Tune QT-8 tuner, it only shows a load of bars eaither side of a 0 (when pins on its in tune), it shows says at the bottom LOWE A D G B E, so can anyone tell me if theres any way i can do different tunings on it and how to do it, thanks.

There are ways to do it, but the best is to get a chromatic tuner.

You can tune the strings that aren't tuned to one of the standard 5 notes by fretting them on a fret that's on one of those notes, or tune them to one of the other strings that's tuned to one of the standard notes, then fretted to the note you want. To get this right requires perfect intonation, and you'll likely have to do a little tweaking.
