Does anyone know where (on the internet) I might find a template for paper that has the 5-line music staff above and the 6-line tablature staff below?
I have found tab paper, and staff paper, but not the two together as I prefer it.

Ah, no, while I'd love to find a cheap used Hamer Phantom, my nickname predates my guitar playing days. :)
