Hi,
I'm currently working on the major barré chord that looks like this,
but I'm just about ready to throw up on my exercises. I'm looking for an easy all major chord song so I can use the above grip alltrough the song, instead of just playing my lessons.
English is not my first language so I hope you understand what I'm trying to say.
Im in the same position as you man, posted a similar question in the beginners sections so head there to the responses i got!!

Found your thread, it gave me just what I needed. Thanks!

There's Dylan's All Along the Watchtower. The chords are
Am G F
-5--3--1--
-5--3--1--
-5--4--2--
-7--5--3--
-7--5--3--
-5--3--1--
The only thing to notice is that the middle finger comes off to play the Am (G string).
Strum pattern is D D U U DU UD on Am, then slide down to the G, on the 3rd fret, and play just one strum, then slide down to the 1st fret and play the same strum pattern for the F as you did for the Am. The slide up to the G, one strum, then up to the Am and repeat ad finitum.
I started with nothing - and I've still got most of it left.
Did you know that the word "gullible" is not in any dictionary?

Bowie's "Queen B*tch" (over here in the UK, it was the b-side to the "Gene Genie" single) uses only major chords - A, B, C, D, E, F and G......I'll try and tab it out, it's one I've been meaning to get round to for a while...
