Hi, all.

Just thought this might be fun, let it die if it isn't. Just for the heck of it, what was the first chord or song you played in 2008?

For me, it was an E as I checked whether the guitar was in tune just now.

Fire away, folks.

Shady

Take care,

Casey

Yep - an E Major here too. Then a load of scales and arppegios, and I would have done some work on my performance pieces for my next exam but Kath had ideas about de-Christmasing the house.

Probably an E minor, I've been playing Creedence's "Susie Q" riff a lot the last few days.

*hangs head in shame* Err, I've been busy, OK?

*edit* Better late than never, a nice simple Am arpeggio that goes down to a G, a la Gn'R's Don't Cry. (it's what I always use to tune up )

Mine was C major - but if I had known this question was coming up, I would have made it something fancy like Kingpatzer's

Definitely a G major because that was the key that I played "Auld Lang Syne" in after the stroke of midnight !

If I claim to be a wise man , it surely means that I don't know .
