Tritone Substitutions ( dumbed down )

Sorry for making another thread on the same topic, but I think I just got it!

Like for example I could substitute G7 with C# 7 becayse they have that same B- F# right ?

And they sound similar but not entirely the same, a subtle substitution :D

Only one question for a thread, oh well :) I got it!

Sort of.

Your spelling is a little off - G7 contains tritone B-F (B-F# is a perfect fifth). C#7 contains tritone E#-B, which is enharmonic to F-B; they sound the same, but they're spelled differently.
And they sound similar but not entirely the same, a subtle substitution :D

Whoops B-F#, yeah it was F, oh well I was so excited I mispelled.

Lol didn;t even bother to look at the scales or anything just looked at the two same notes and posted em, and I mispelled F for F#, oh well.

I got it :D
