Good try, but don't be afraid to write more.
I can understand 'dying' on line two, but I think it could substitued with something better. Perhaps 'living'?
You could try putting 'Together, forever' again after the last line; it would make sense as well as giving it a nice effect.
Okay, as I said before, this isn't much, and you're going to need a little more. You know what you're writing about, right? So just put your thoughts on paper, organize them into something you can imagine singing, then post them here.
