I think "I think I have fallen again" is a great title. Kind of describes David who as great as he is, shows us that everyone can fall and fail and still be considered valuable.
I really liked the song. I get the sense that you have been doing one of those exercises where you play and sing while reading your Bible. Just saying whatever comes to you naturally. I'll have a listen when I get home tonight.
