This is something I been working on for awhile. I've tried writing this
in PowerTab but I'm not too good at all this yet. I can't seem to figure
out how to tab it out to where the program likes it too.It looks like I have
it in bars but really I just kinda blocked it off in parts to make it
easier to learn.

Thought I'd throw it out there & see what ya think.
I'd like to hear any suggestions.

3.3Based loosely on "THE ROAD" by Mark Knopfler
ebgdae 4/4 & 6/4 ? , G Maj/Em Scale?

I play it alot slower than the the org. song, I've changed & added things
that work for me & it really sounds nothing like the org. I just used it
as a base and may have something close to being a decent instrumental.

It's a nice little progression.

I don't know how to use PowerTab, but lot's of folks simply write tabs here in MS Word. Courier New is the best font to use, spacing will be correct. I tabbed out your tab, see what you think.

It's a nice start to a song, probably should add a little more to it.

Thanks Wes, Writing the timing under may help me work it out. That first section you did there is just the way I play it too. After that I have some pauses in here &there that last for what I guess would be one beat.Maybe two in a couple spots. It's about a two minute peice the way I play it (or just under).

I was also thinking about trying to add more to it. Maybe some type of solo between where the pull off from G to open at 6th string and that little lead ending on it now. Something that comes back to that G/Eopen pulloff, then play the faster played ending I already have now..
