This might take a minute.

1) Can you buy a "Cover License" for a tab website? Bars have it for cover songs do they have one for websites?

2) What is the fine line (you really don't have to go into great detail) for teaching and showing someone how to play it via plain text of the internet?

3) If there isn't any money changing hands, is it a big deal?

4) As we all know, it's happening now where sites are closing or pulling files. Are these people looking to be paid off? If so, what is the yearly price tag?
