Appears to be an average song, hearing some Nickelback-ish rock guitar action in there too. If the music works, then this song would work great.

Overall I would say some quite good lyrics, though there do seem to be a few flow problems in some of the lines;
Fault doesn't matter
When all concerned die
And tragedy lies
It's not romantic like the movies
Doesn't flow as well as;
The confusion of collision
The disaster of death
The smoke in my lungs
The pain in my chest
but I guess that they might not be problems with the music you have in mind? :)
