I'm blowing my own advice with this comment, but it seems like when I write I am just writing in circles. Seems like everything is so repetitive, cliche, and just makes me sick.

Last time I wrote was back in the late 80s and it was very much ok with be cliche. While I like the song I am working on, there is just something about it that keeps it from being real and makes it seem very fake.

Its ok man, we all get stuck in the commercial loop. But hey look at my SSG song for this week. Something totally not commercial and fun to write. Just change the entire style of your music and you might find something.
