Some songs I wrote on the way back from a long night out...
You and I and I and Me
The walls are dark
we're coming home
Fears realised
it's time for sleep, we want to weep
Regrets are streams
of memory
It's all gone
the night ahead from before
You and I
and I and me
Sit together previously
You and I
and I and me
Sit together previously
An Alien Abduction
an alien abduction in my living room today
crept in during breakfast time and took my heart away
while i was sorely tempted but the living room was clean
and the trails from the spaceship has left nothing to be seen
so he took me to a mountain then onto a stream
where a piccolo was dancing in the eyes of a dream
well the mountain stood by the river an agreement was made
mountain stream to ocean was the game that they played
an alien abduction in my living room today
crept in during breakfast time and took my heart away
while i was sorely tempted but the living room was clean
and the trails from the spaceship has left nothing to be seen
and shining like a lightbulb is the earth fair below
and shining somewhere down there is my beutiful home
well he sucked the living out of me and left me to cry
over spilt milk, broken glasses and an eagle on dry
an alien abduction in my living room today
crept in during breakfast time and took my heart away
while i was sorely tempted but the living room was clean
and the trails from the spaceship has left nothing to be seen
We're like The Beatles, except there's four of us.
No replies? C'mon, at least slate the first one for being too short.

The alien abduction one is mesmerizing. Don't know what it means, sounds cool, but most importantly, it is mesmerizing. That's all I've got. By the way, mesmerizing is good, in my opinion.

Alien Abduction is a actually a love song. An extremely surreal love song I guess, but a love song none the less.
I've worked on a chord progression and it goes like this :
C E Am F
C E A G
F C E Am
C E Am F
I'm not the fanciest on guitar so I tend to stick to bassic patterns and try and play around with the chords when I can.
