My beautiful vintage Yamaha arrived today. It's in almost new condition and plays easily!
My first guitar was a Yamaha and it might have been one of these. Yamaha guitars were in all of the guitar stores, and this one was a medium priced choice. This is an FG-335, which (according to Harmony Central) has Mahogany sides that appear to be solid.
Next will be Tusq saddle and bridge pins, which will really improve the tone.
FYI
This is the second guitar I purchased on Ebay. The first was a turd that I returned and got a refund.
I definitely learn from my mistakes![/img]

Nice choice you got. And it definitely seems as if it'll be a valuable one for you. Heck, it seems like it would be valuable to me!
