I took my brother's old, dusty broken 1970-something Ampeg V-4 to get looked at and for about $260 I get to go pick it up this afternoon after he replaced the power and over-drive tubes :D
I'm totally psyched. I still suck at playing but this is a nice amp and from what he tells me "it sounds freakin' awesome".
