Think it will help? I figure If I put it over the TV I should be checking it all the time. No pun intended.
Cheers,

That is a great idea, I think.

Pretty good idea. I know I used to use the circle of fifths alot for transposing and such. Now that I have a better handle on things I dont explicitly use the circle anymore but its a helpful thing to know. Although I still have a circle of fifths on my windows desktop as well as a couple other useful things for quick reference.
It's not hard to make for yourself. A couple of years ago, I made a "chromatic clock", using a cheap clock (it was a freebie for advertising) and a CD label.
I started with nothing - and I've still got most of it left.
Did you know that the word "gullible" is not in any dictionary?

Ive been considering printing one on photo paper and replacing the face on an old clock.

You know, I think Paul should offer one with the GuitarNoise logo through the GuitarNoise shop.

I think he should offer a customized coin/medallion with the circle of fifths on it. Maybe have a designing contest? Here are some examples: http://www.coinsforanything.com/sample_coins.htm

1. It shows you the # of sharps and flats in all keys.
Start at C - no sharps or flats - go clockwise and you increase one sharp for every hour - G 1 sharp (G A B C D E F# G) D 2 sharps (D E F# G A B C# D) etc. Go counterclockwise for flats: F 1 flat (F G A Bb C D E F) Bb two flats (Bb C D Eb F G A Bb) etc.
2. It tells which notes to sharp / flat - sharps: start at F (first shapr in G), 2 sharps (D major) F AND C, 3 sharps (A major) F, C AND G... Again, for flats start at Bb (F major), 2 flats (Bb major) F AND Eb, 3 flats (Eb major) Bb, Eb and Ab.
3. For finding relative minor (or whatever you call it in English) move 4 hours forward - A minor to C major. C# minor to E major etc...
