Cleaning fretboard

I think the scent is one of the trace chemicals. The paraffin is probably the oily residue.

FWIW: One of the woodworking links I found stated that nothing would replenish natural oils in the few exotic woods that actually have such oils. Can't support or refute this, though, as it's just one more piece of that highly reliable internet info.
