Hey so I’ve been playing for about 11 years now and I seem to have hit a sort of plateau with my playing. I don’t really know how to get over it. Any tips?

We get asked this one a lot.
Try some new and different material. Explore different styles (flamenco is great for getting your pick hand pinky strumming in time) and learn some new techniques.
