don't bother. why not? Well play with it on for a few months. Then take it off and see how many horrible noises u make when playing. Its a substitute for good technique - and can potentially ruin it.
Plus, what about when someone else gives you their guitar and says "play this [insert song name]" and you have to say "wait a sec, I have to my hairband on the neck"...You will not sound cool lol
