Music Bussiness Basics

Hey everybody, I was just wondering if any knew any good articles or sites that could teach me about the basics of the music industry. Like how it works, what jobs do what, or like how to handle your own music career. I'd like to learn some stuff before the time comes and i dont know what im doing. Anyone with anything please help me out. :wink:
