Hi Smokehouse - are you talking about completed songs with music/vocals? Or just lyrics?
If it's just lyrics, try posting them in the songwriters forum to get some feedback - and possibly a little explanation as to what style of music you see it in....
If it's completed songs, you'll have to convert whatever file you have to MP3 form with an MP3 encoder - I use LAME - and them upload them to a host site - most folks around here use either d-music or Soundclick, then post a link on the "Hear Here" forum (or, if you're posting the lyrics as well, make sure you post the mp3 link in the songwriter's forum as well.)

hi vic thanks for response, yeh its mp3,s of my own guitar/vocal/harp and other percusion.... so how do i get soundclick? from google or somewhere...............thanks again...smoke
