That's all you like Chili peppers and Blind melon. To me they are not remotely similar.
I saw Blind Melon before the singer OD'ed and they were great in concert. I was really suprised since at the time all I had heard from them was "No rain" and that wasn't even close to the best song they played.
Someone mentioned Sublime, that would seem like a pretty good choice.
