Well, not yet

But I put a $100 down payment on it today :D

An Epi Casino VS, with a Bigsby trem on it. Sounds and plays awesome 8)

Still not gonna replace the SG, but it'll provide a radically different tone and be cool for jazz band at school and I've always wanted a semi-hollow.

The Casino is one of Epi's absolute gems! Didn't know it could be had with a Bigsby -- even better. Enjoy it!

That looks really nice. I don't have one, but those that do are quite fond of them.

I didn't know school bands allowed the use of electrics... gotta research that at my school, see if they have the same program.

This is an afterschool program here, not the real music course. I'm just taking it to learn, not for credits. Ensemble performance exists here as well and I play second alto saxophone in that. :D

Do look into what your school has. They might have options available that no one has thought to ask about recently

My son's school has a Jr High band which has electric guitar(this year the guitar player is using a strat), bass and drum kit, in addition to the brass, woodwinds, keys and percussion.
Last year during the Christmas concert (theme: Polar Express) the band played Crazy Train (!) in addition to being the "pit orchestra" for the younger classes' vocal performances.
