is there a simple site where I can down load amethod to make tabs and post them here?
I did a google search and found tons of sites; they all had extensive downloads to use them. is that common?
Try Powertab. You can download it from Harmony Central's Powertab download site. It's a good system and a free download.

Yes, Powertab is pretty easy to figure out, and very robust too. When you are done, just export your work to ASCII (under the File menu) and then you can cut and paste it into the forum.

well, I checked it out.
unfortunately I will not be able to down load. I use the computer at work and cannot do a 58minute download and more.
too bad.
