The backing tracks below may be downloaded and used for any purpose, with no restrictions whatsoever. They are all in the 12-bar blues format. The tracks that are for drums alone also follow the 12-bar form in their phrasing and manner of repetition and variation."

Some excellent 12 bar tracks here but be aware that these files are .aiff files and and very large........

Nice one i think backing tracks are an excellent way to practice, i have used some free ones from http://www.funkytigerbackingtracks.com they are not bad for practicing to.
