Shrinky dinks
I bet those would work pretty well. Plus you could decorate them with skulls and stuff and have the most metal picks ever!

I used to cut triangle out of milk cartons, large ones for acoustic, and smaller ones for electric. worked OK since I prefer light gage picks anyway :D --the dog

One time at the beach, I used a seashell that was shaped like a pick. It sounded really great for a few songs, but then it desintegrated.

I've used quarters, and a pack of matches. The striker end works pretty good. :D

I also will play with my index finger using my nail as a pick.

drumstick, forehead, feather (both ends), battery, nipple, dremel tool, Dampit, woman's ... uh, appliance (it's a silde! - it's a pick! - it's sort of an eBow!) Didn't realize the disturbing trend 'til I wrote it down.
