Tabs question?

Well, the tab's a little messy - if you write it out in word, or notebad, then copy it, then click on the code tags and paste the tab inside those tags, it'll line up properly.

As for what you're asking - well, you've got three A strings (some kind of open D5 tuning, I presume? and as far as I can see they're all played at the third fret. If you see "0" in a tab somewhere, it means pluck the open string.
