I don't have tuner and I'm a broke ass mexican so i can't afford one. How do i tune my electric to C G C F A D without a tuner??? What size strings should i have to tune my strings down so low???
If you have a mic for your pc, there are software tuners available. Here's one, there are others if you google for them:

If your PC has a built in mic it will also work. Since most do you probably do have one.
Spend $5 on a cheap mike or plug your guitar into the sound card :idea: the AP tuner really rocks, I have used it for a couple years now. it has about 20 tunings on it, you could probaly tuna-fish with the thing :lol: :lol:
