I have a Guild which has the trim/edging coming off around the lower bout. Would you use Stew-mac #16 solvent cement for acrylic?.

What do you use? What should I use?

Luthiers commonly use cyanoacrylate (Superglue) for attaching and re-attaching binding ... but it does have the same finish eating properties as a solvent cement. the upside is both solvent and cyanoacrylate adhesives will bind plastic better than the much-easier-to-use/benign wood glue
