Generally speaking, how much does it cost to convert a right handed guitar to a left handed one? (Correctly, not just restring...)
Just looking for a ball-park figure....
Thanks.

They say only a pawnshop guitar can play the blues. An eBay one does it better. A guitar's bound to feel unloved if her owner plasters pictures of her over the internet for all to see and then sells her off to the highest anonymous bidder.
Is it electric or acoustic? It does make a difference in cost.
On an acoustic you have to replace the nut and the saddle.
On an electric you can usually get away with just replacing the nut, adjusting the bridge saddles and possibly reversing the pickups. By the way, the knobs and switches would end up on the top.
Then you will have to do something with the pick guard if it has one.
Nut = $15 plus labor
Acoustic Saddle = $20 to $25 plus labor
Oops! Sorry....acoustic.
What would the parts and labor run typically? I'm assuming the labor is the wildcard in all of this.

The parts I listed and the labor would be around $75 or so
