I've got a pair of cello humidifiers that I'm sticking in my Eastman.
The directions say to use distilled water.
Is there any potential damage to my guitar by using only filtered water?
I would think the issue would be hard water deposits within the sponge-like material that makes up the humidifier tube, not to the guitar, but I want to make sure before I do something stupid!

Exactly. If the water's not dripping out of the sponge, any mineral deposits will stay in the sponge. The water definitely shouldn't drip.

Nope no drips.
Ok that's what I thought .. thanks!
