exactly. while a bit messy, fooling with the bridge is safe and reversible.

I'd be curious to know how our new friend is doing. Maybe we'll hear on the weekend.

I tried to duplicate the problem on a variety of 24 fret guitars (in stores) yesterday. They were all good, though not expensive. Some of the same model, felt different than others of the same model. Mostly Yamaha. The one with the highest action felt most dependable, although I prefer low action, which is asking for trouble if the guitar is bent. :shock:

I couldn't try Ibanez's, there was no point, because they only stock higher end Floyd Roses. :lol:

okay i got it fixed. i had a friend i brought it to and he fixed quick and now it plays better than ever. And now i can hear the higher frets. its good as new. and thank you all because my friend who fixed came on here and seen your all comments he said all of you are exactly right.
