I have a Hagstrom HIIN that I am installing new pickups in. In the neck I'm putting a humbucker sized P-90, and in the bridge I'm putting a 4 wire conductor humbucker. I did some tests with a volt meter and have come to these conclusions.

P-90:
The black wire is hot
The white wire is ground

Humbucker:
Black is hot
Red is ground
Green & White are the series lead
Silver/bare, of course is ground.

I want to wire the pickups in a Les Paul style:
A volume and tone for the neck pickup.
A volume and tone for the bridge pickup.
3 way swtich: Posistion 1: Neck 2: Both 3: bridge.

Any schematics or help would be great. Thanks!

You can find tons o' schematics at these locations:

This one's for two-humbuckers with separate volume and tone controls in an LP. You'll wire yours the same way since you're not tapping the humbucker. Obviously with the P90 you won't have to worry about pairing off the leads.

Have fun!

Thank you very much Mitch! Those links are great, espically the Les Paul one. Thanks so much!
