Hey guys,

I've had this guitar for a couple of months now-with no problems. Suddenly two nights ago the plug-in site keeps coming loose. I tightened the screw initially with my fingers and it came loose. I than tried with a wrench and seemed to work for a while. But it is still coming loose. Any tricks? Suggestions? I didn't really notice how far out it came before... but should I let the plug-in site come further out to get a better grip with the nut?

The threaded part of the jack should stick out slightly. The best way to keep it tight is to use a small amount of nail polish(not a whole lot just a tiny drop) on the threads and use a socket that fits to tighten it, not to tight or your plug won't go all the way in. Make sure you test it immediatly after you tighten it and let it dry overnight.
