I scratched my cedar top seagul with my fingernail. I got this furniture scratch touch up...says to put a couple drops on wood funiture then wipe. Would this work on the guitar?

I doubt Willie Nelson has ever used the stuff, but then, he don't really care how much his baby and him have been thru.

It is a small world for metal fanatics. I welcome you fellow musicians, especially the metalheads!

jonetoe, I just did the same thing today with my seagull, slipped out of my hands and I ran a fingernail across it. I don't really care, I'm thinking in a year or two it's going to look much worse. Still sounds good.

IF that furniture polish has silicone or wax in it, you DON'T want it anywhere near your guitar's finish. You might be able to buff the scratch out, but honestly I'd just leave it.

If it looks like wear n' tear, leave it alone.

But, if it looks intentional, cover it up! :D
