I have "high fret" not sure what that is, but I heard it would take 50 dollars to fix. 50 Dollars in which i do not have. Is there any way someone cant first explain to me what exactly "high fret" is and how to correct it?

A fret that is higher than it should be.
Use a large flat file to run the lenght of the neck and make all the frets the same height.
Then, take a small jewelers file and reshape the frets.
It's not a hard fix at all.
It SHOULD NOT cost you $50 to have done by a professional. It's a $20 fix.
