I've got a crazy idea for your suggestion... (that didn't make sense, I'm sorry) But! Maybe I'll try to put singing parts on the verses with the guitar, maybe use wah, probably not, tihs probably won't work actually, but ill give it a shot.

Doing the vocals with an instrument is cool. I played Muse's 'unintened' with two western guitars, he the regular guitar track and I the vocals. Took some practice, but sounds awesome together.
