Hey, SL, you have outdone yourself with these records.

I applaud you now!!!! :D

This is great background music for my working hours here at the office. I haven't gotten mad at a computer yet.

Ken: The Box unfortunately doesn't work, the files are too large for free accounts. And since I don't earn nothing on it (don't even have banners or popups on the site) I don't want to spend too much to give it away. ;) You're right about the mood being a bit dark but I fear that's really just me. Probably won't change anytime soon either. Thanks for listening, loved the 'demented composer' comment, so true. :D

Tree: Not really sure, if people want I can make a post with a 'look-behind-the-scenes' vibe? Thanks for the comments. :)

Barnabus: Thanks man. I['m not that talented, just got too much time or my priorities wrong, whichever you prefer. ;) Just hoping I can inspire more people to try writing their own stuff. Lot of creatives minds here, would be a shame if some people never dared to try.

Dneck: I'm neither a piano player nor guitar player. I'm really just a composer with some limited instrumental skills on a bunch of instruments. I'm kinda pointless to have in a band but when I'm on my own it's enough to do what I want to do, or atleast in a way. I don't have an E-bow but it's high on the list. Will probably go with an electric violin instead though, have a few more weeks to think about it. :) Thanks for listening!

Bish: Thanks. It's nowhere close to what I want my music to be but I'm progressing while having fun, so what more can I want. Glad you liked it!

Hi Arjen, your new music is very nice. You are definitely the most talented and hardworking among us all. Its hard to believe that you are totally self-learned on both piano and guitar.

One day we may surely learn of you as a famous concept artist from Holland. (Will you find time to post at GN then ? )

And, if you do not mind me asking, who is the one sitting on the sofa in your avatar. Looks to me like the 'boss' from the old movies, where you can't see him.

I gave it a good listen on the way to Greenville AND the way back to Rock Hill. I think my favorite part was "Quella Banana Gialla" Maybe because it soothed my nerves driving in six lane traffic at 75 mph  (people in the southern United States can't drive  ) I don't know anything about classical music but I enjoyed it :D
The "Red Cat philosophies had it moments, It seems like it will be an acquired taste (that can be a good thing).I pick up on a few more things I like every time i listen to it. But as I remember, I didn't like Hermann Hesse at first but he has been my favorite writer since i can remember (who would have figured  ).
Deoranje Ortolaan was interesting, lots of cool sounds and sequences. 8) It might be cool if you could loosely translate the words to English.

I will give it another listen in a week or so. I think its very good and its a real piece of art work!

keep up the good work 8)

Thanks for the kind words Rahul. :) I have to dissapoint you though, I've had guitar lessons for a year and have piano lessons now. Guess it's more hard work then talent. That person in the avatar is noone less then me myself. Thank you Paint Shop Pro. ;)

Ken: I'll try, but the lyrics are really Dutch in that translating them would lose all the niceness. Atleast it will give you an idea of what it's all about:

[Dat Maakt Toch Niet Uit Man]
Dat maakt toch niet uit man? (16x) (that doesn't matter man? 16x)

[Voor Alle Fans Van Zure Regen]
Dit is voor alle fans van zure regen (this is all for all fans of acid rain)

[Dennis' Zielige Leventje]
(Bible: Proverbs 30:24-27)
Deze vier zijn de kleinste op aarde
Toch zijn bovenmate wijs.
De mieren zijn een volk zonder kracht
Toch bereiden zij hun spijs in de zomer
De klipdassen zijn een machteloos volk
Toch maken zij hun woning in de rots
De sprinkhanen hebben geen koning
Toch trekken zij gezamelijk in goede orde op.

[Lelijke Vissen Buiten De Onderzeeboot]
Welkom in de onderzeeboot (Welcome in the submarine)
Het luik is nou al dicht (The hatch is already closed now)
Steeds dieper (Deeper and deeper)
Door het raampje zie je allemaal vissen (Through the window you see all kinds of fish)
Lelijke dikke vissen (Fat and ugly fish)
Die alleen maar rondzwemmen (Who are just swimming around)
Rondzwemmen (Swimming around)
Lelijke vissen (Ugly fishes)

Kijk! (Look!)
Nou varen we naar een ijsberg (Now we're heading for an iceberg)
Een ijsberg is niet zacht (An iceberg is not soft)
Maar hard als een ijsbeer (But hard as an icebear)
Daar gaan we (There we go)
Boem! (Boom!)

[I'm Dr. Phil And You're Not)
I'm Dr. Phil
Dr. Phil
I'm Dr. Phil
I'm Dr. Phil
And you are not

How does to that work out for you?
Huh?
Yes, just what I thought
Let me tell you this
Let me tell you something
I'm Dr. Phil
And you're not

I'll be your Oprah Winfrey
I'll be your Mother Theresa
I'll save your soul on wednesday
If you can pay with VISA

[Lekkere Koalabeer] (impossible to translate)

Is het zomer of lente (is it summer or spring?)
Wie maakt het ook uit (Who cares)
De scheurkalender zegt maart (The calender says march)
Maar dat is vanwege het plaatje (but that's just because I liked the picture)

Vier muren van traag steen (Four walls of slow rock)
Een dak van slordig hooi (A roof of lazy straw)
Het is er niet druk (There are not many people around)
maar wel altijd fijn (But it's nice)
En vredig (And peacefull)

Dat is hoe het moet zijn (That's how it should be)
Op een dag (one day)
Als je niks meer weet (When you can't remember any more)
Van wie je bent (Who you are)

En hoe het was (Or how it was)
