OK..So I was really twisted at work today. Came home and figured I'd abuse my guitar a bit to cool off. So, I'm thrashing away...recorded my pitiful attempts at playing lead on my tiny digital recorder. Anyways, about 20 mins into it, my kid comes up the stairs and looks at me. His friends (downstairs) didn't beleive that it was his dad playing, so he had to prove it.
I got a big laugh out of it..(you'll hear them).. BTW...I trimmed down the recording ..its only a few mins. Apologize ahead of time for the quality of the recording. (and playing)
Laugh at my lead playing all you want...I'm ok with it. :lol:

Sounds very cool. The break with the kids and you laughing is a riot. Don't diss the recording quality too much, either. Wankin on a guitar is my favourite stress reliever, too, and has helped me through four decades of ups and downs. Never gets old, unfortunately, I do.

I think it's just the quality of the recording. (listening to it now to test) I used a tiny little digital recorder just to catch some of the licks I did.(once in 100 years, I'll play somethng brilliant, so I like to say, How'd I do that?? :lol: )
The recording is low...based on what you are using (laptop speakers?) you may have to turn it upp pretty loud to hear it. I have a 5 speaker Altec Lansing system on my PC so I can crank this if I wanted!!
