I have a Peavey 24FX that I know I can hook to a computer and record as well as record to a USB drive. I have pro tools LE as well. Will this mixer work with pro tools or do I have to buy a digidesign 002 Rack or something of the sort. The owners manual talks about software, but I cannot find anything on the site or in the owners manual that states what software I can use when hooking this up to a computer for recording purposes. I want to be able to take our originals and record them to cd at a pretty high quality, but not necessary professional quality.

Thanks for any help.

I would guess/hope that the mixer should appear to your computer as "usb soundcard" or something similar.
If that's the case, then any audio software on your computer should be able to access it the same as any other soundcard.

The manual addendum on Peavy's website talks about this a bit on page 6&7.
