You can download the PDF instructions from this page. http://img3.musiciansfriend.com/dbase/pdf/man/m_630048.pdf

you will probably need a dual RCA jack that goes into a stereo mini jack that plugs into the input jack of your sound card (not the mic jack) You can plug the guitar into the mixer, it should have a 1/4 jack to plug it into. If your amp has a "LINE OUT" you can plug that into your mixer and your guitar into the amp WARNING_MAKE DARN TOOTIN THAT YOU DON"T PLUG THE "SPEAKER OUTS" INTO YOUR MIXER :!: good luck--the dog

!, yes
2, on top on the right side you will find a right and left str out jacks ( looks like the outlets you might find in the back of a stereo receiver) These are also called RCA jacks or phono jacks. look at the pdf instructions I sent you, it should open to the page you need to look at :D

this is what you need http://www.musiciansfriend.com/srs7/g=rec/search/detail/base_pid/333055/ you can get them at any radio shack.

you should put the rca jacks into the line out( or stereo out) and the mini stereo jack into the sound card ( line in, NOT the mic jack  ) If you put it in the mic jack it will distort easily and will not record in steeo.
