Found after browsing an article in the Guitarist magazine in our local Asda (aka Walmart for the non-UK readers of this post).
Mentioned the book which I thought "Mmm might get a copy of that" until I saw the price!!
Incidentally are you and upside downer like me or do you play a left-handed guitar (i.e. restrung for a left hander)?

I play a lefthanded guitar, its an "Epiphone Gibson Acoustic".
Never tried re-stringing a righthand guitar.
