Hi everyone, great site & forum.
I was hoping to hear from any members here with a recommendation for a good instructor in the Northern Mass/So NH (Merrimack Valley) area?
I'm recently picking up my guitar again after about a 10 year or so rest, and hoping to find help!
Thanks!

Welcome to GN. 8) Sorry I can't recommend any teachers in your area myself. Have you tried looking on craigslist?

The Mass area is a hotbed for musicians, I wouldn't think you should have too much trouble locating an instructor. Maybe inquire at a local guitar center, etc.

thanks for the replies. Yes Mass is a great place for musicians many w/Berklee resumes.
That being said. there are a ton of great musicians in the area but in my experience a great player doesn't always make a great teacher.

Welcome. Oh, you might have to look in the Yellow Pages.

Or even worse, 35 pages here, looks like a big job. Good luck!

Hi thanks everyone..thanks for the responses..
I've actually connected with a couple of people on craigslist but.. results weren't really positive. Was hoping someone knew of a good instructor.

Have you taken a look at this thread in the Beginner's Forum yet?
