The name is Roscoe.

I told myself I'd learn to play two instrumnts before it's all said and done.
One is the piano. The other is guitar.

I have a knockaround $150.00 Yahama acoustic I bought at The Guitar Center here in LA.
I try to practice every chance I get with the videos, books, CDs and one CD Rom that I have.
I been really digging acoustic stuff lately (Suite Judy Blue Eyes, Blackbird, Give A Little Bit, etc..) and I'm a sucker for the soft rock of the late 60s early 70s (Rundgren, America, Bread, Elton, James Taylor, etc, etc). Yes, it can be sappy at times, but I like it.
I'd like to be able to play St. Patrick's Day by John Mayer. Love that song.
Some chords (barres where you have to skip a fret) aren't easy on the fingers but I know what you're gonna tell me-- it'll come with practice.

Rock on.
Roscoe.
