I had my first gig tonight! Been playing a little over two years...

Played with my teachers blues band at a local bar, played rythm and even did some blues solos. Man, way more fun than sitting in your bedroom playing along to cd's. Took the strat straight into a pro jr. Fun stuff!!!

I would recommend it everyone, even if your scared of playing in front of other. I was nervous and had some clams, but the audience probably didn't even notice. Man Im ready to go back out for more!

I've been imitated so well I've heard people copy my mistakes.

Awesome! Yeah, the feeling for me was great when I had my first *real* gig (Besides playing for my friends and playing at Antones for Rockcamp).... We got a story on the news, and we even got to play live! Only messed up a bit, which suprised me! :D :D

Congratulations!

I am so glad to see many are starting to get out in front of people. This is what it's all about. You don't have to be the world's greatest guitarist with years of experience to play out. Just get out there with what you've got and show some attitude.
Man, way more fun than sitting in your bedroom playing along to cd's.

You said it brudda! Keep up the good work!
