Who is this mystery man -- sometimes known as Mr. The Ultimate in Funky -- who made his appearance last night at the Riverside Jam 2005 in Elkhart Indiana?:
(Hint: He is the alterego of a big muckity-muck here at GN. )
More Jam Pix to follow...

OOoh, I know I've seen him! Wait, Could it be? The guy who got in my Volvo?
Well, it can't be David, as this guy plays righty...
Does he have a good falsetto voice?

and if im wrong, please forgive me smokindog
I'm not sure who it is, but he has got tons of mojo workin'.

Even the smiling guy from Minneapolis thinks so!
Peace
Now THAT is a picture! I remember he sported the hat and shades at various times throughout the night. A pretty cool dude... 8)

Hide your daughters, lock up your wives! The ultimate in funky's gettin down tonight!
That's it, nest year I'm getting a hat!
Falling in love is like learning to play the guitar; first you learn to follow the rules, then you learn to play with your heart.

That's it, nest year I'm getting a hat!
You didn't notice the hats were correlated with exessive testosterone? You really want that???

Wow, a picture from Kathy's set. Pretty cool! I can say I dread one thing is wrong with the picture. You can see a red Gibraltar drink holder attached to my music stand containing a bottled water when 99% of the time that space is occupied by, gotta be honest, a junk-grade light beer. Maybe next year. . .
Yea, it really was a blast. I was dejected Sunday after having such a cool night Saturday. Only another 360+ days until the next one.
Kathy, in which song did you bust that string?
That picture was when we were playing Cry Love. I can tell because I put that capo on 5 and David was playing mandolin.

Dennis!
Hey buddy, where you been??
You are a lot taller than your posts! :D
How's your band doing lately? I miss your gig reports.

Well, I'm tall but not nearly as my (old get-your-coffee-n-read) posts.
Yea, I was hopin' to see you this year since I missed the last. I'll catch ya when the RJ is on your side of the pond. I'm still hoping it's up in MN next year in that it's still 8-9 driving so within reason.
And, yes, you'll get a full report of the upcoming block party gig I'll be in August 27th (3 weeks). I'm laughing already at what kind of silly things I'll do, see, or hear! And then I'll have another 2 weeks later which should be even more crazy. Last year I didn't want to leave the party.
