Great news. Congratulations! :D
I encourage everyone to get to playing with people as soon as they can. In the past 6 months playing bass at church and now with a band I've learned SO much more than just sitting in my living room!

+1

The best thing I ever did was accept an invitation to play with a group of other people, even though I didn't think I was 'ready' yet.

All the best with the band.

Cheers,

Chris

Again and again, relax and take a deep breath. Think of its like its part of your practice. Do your best and make sure you got everything in control.

Good for you, Yeah i agree there are a lot of thing that you can discover instead of just sitting or sleeping. I hope to do the same with you, to learn how to play an instrument.
