I GOT MY PLASTER OFF ... :lol: :lol:
Spent 10 minutes on the guitar hand hurt like crazy , but after some medicene about 10 :lol: the hand was feeling terrific ...
Have been told to go easy with it for the next month but what the hell would a non guitar playing doctor know I ask you ?????

Pleased for ya mate!!!! A word of caution - (I have just a TEENSY bit of experience with hand injuries!) - DON'T overdo it! Don't try and do too much at once.....don't try and make up all your lost ground in one night's playing. It will be frustrating - there were times I didn't want to look at a guitar, much less play one - to the point of making the blood boil at times. A suggestion - buy a slide, learn how to tune to open G - there are times when your fingers won't do as they're told, I found playing slide a great way of relieving the frustration - hey, I could still play music!!!
Then again, I'm telling an Australian male ex-rugby player not to ignore pain - how well is THAT going to go down! Pain is nature's way of telling you not to overdo it, in much the same way as death is nature's way of telling you that you should have slowed down....
